Kangachepe Terms of Service
Kangachepe is a financial coordination platform. These terms explain how you can use it, what we expect from you, and what happens when things go wrong.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kangachepe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the platform.
2. Description of Service
Kangachepe provides a digital wallet and Circle-based coordination platform that enables users to create and participate in group savings and contribution arrangements. The platform supports various Circle types including Loops and Pots.
3. Account Registration
To use Kangachepe, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use Kangachepe only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform for any illegal activity or fraud
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Use the platform to launder money or finance illegal activities
5. Circle Participation
When you join a Circle, you agree to the rules established for that Circle. You are responsible for making contributions on time and honoring your commitments to other Circle members.
Kangachepe facilitates Circle coordination but does not guarantee the behavior of other members. You participate in Circles at your own risk.
6. Fees and Payments
Kangachepe may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. Payment processing is handled by licensed third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kangachepe and GroupB Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Kangachepe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
